What is this program about?

Grow Your Business Program is a series of sessions, of which five are recommended, but you can start with one, check it out and pay as you go. With this program, together we will create that “structure” with which you will be able to see and analyse your business and make the best decisions to help it grow. I will also give you the best practices for business planning and strategy, plus a three-step method to improve your finances, if you don’t have any accounting software in place.

Program Sessions:

• Session One – Discovery session: This session will help us to lay the groundwork for your business. To understand better you as a business owner, your dreams, and expectations. Here we will talk about everything you have done so far in your business, what has work and what hasn’t. This is a deep exploration in everything related with your current business.
• Session two – Goals: To succeed in business, you need to be very clear with your goals. Your personal goals and business goals need to be aligned. This is the starting point for this journey, and the clearer you are, the better the result will be.
• Session three – SWOT Analysis: To understand your business, you need to know the market and your competitors. A SWOT analysis is perfect for analysing how your business is, or wanted to be, versus what’s going on around it and who you’re competing against.
• Session four and five – Business Model: In these sessions, you will develop your business model with my guidance. It will be like drawing the plan of your own house. You will know and understand, every corner, little bits, everything of your business.

Each session is online and last one hour. It is suggested to have one or two sessions per week. This will give time to work after sessions and, to have the continuity, this works needs.
